Being At Last

There is only one choice you make in life..........to be truthful to the Self or not............There is no in between!

It takes several moments of Self discipline to turn the mind toward inner contentment..........Remember the moment you shall feel relieved that you are content, desire shall mock and stand before you............But you must not collapse and offer yourself to its temptation..............You must not in your fear declare, "I tried.........I succeeded .......and then I failed..........." There was never any victory there...........There was fear from the beginning of the attempt........there was a silent acceptance of failure even before you had began..........Of course then it is not a shock for you when you fall in the hands of desire back again........Why, you had planned your defeat cautiously so that you can defend your return to the weak ways that you choose.......You had set a trap where you give up all expectations from your own self........

"I will do ........I will rise.......I will face..........I will fight..........I will win and I will believe in my spirit for I am a part of God and I reflect His strength........His wisdom........His compassion and His patience........I shall not fear the ways of the mind..........I am not here to try my best..........I am here to be it!......I am not here to blame this or that..........I am here to endure whatever comes my way...........I am strong...........What can weaken me other than my doubt toward my own resolve.........I must be aware at all times that I am able to do anything...........There is nothing that can defeat me other than when I turn deceitful toward my own true intent.......And I must do all of this with no expectations of no other.........I must understand that the spirit of each one is the same.........Why, if I can ignore the tremors of my mind then I can ignore the tremors of all theirs........And while I do what I must, I must not expect others to do what they must...........I must be compassionate if another has weakened........Why, I must stand strong not only to stand myself but to pick up the one that has weakened.........God Almighty that is ever present I promise from today that I shall not just try to be........I shall be and I shall receive from it the greatest truth that shall flow from the spirit of God that resides in my spirit.......in my Self..............I am........and I shall be.........."
